Kádár Hungary has worked extensively on toasting technologies and protocols with the aim of achieving the harmonious trinity of oak, seasoning and toasting. The result offers great integration with moderate tannins, increases the length of mid palate, enhances fruit characters and lifts the aromas of the wine.

In order to attain rigorous consistency the full toasting process is computer monitored allowing the cooper real time feedback on time, temperature and water-spraying volume and intervals.
