Kádár Hungary tests with scrupulous accuracy the quality of its wood source, the air and water conditions in the seasoning yard, mill and cooperage and finally the completed barrels themselves. We test routinely for haloanisoles and halophenols including each container before loading. Samples are sent to our partner laboratories in Bordeaux.
